Preparing physically is often
unclear & misunderstood. You must assess your talent, learn
the basic strategy of the game, put in endless hours of practice,
devote extra time to strength and endurance training and keep
your body in top shape. In addition, you must regulate your diet,
avoid drugs, get the proper rest and attend to any injuries or
avoid potential injuries.
Talent alone is not the answer for top performance. Down the line in your athletic career you will face someone as good or better than you that understands being PHYSICALLY PREPARED.
